We had in 2 weeks visit a lot off restaurants but no one was so good. The food was day fresh and the price unbelivebly low. The staff is fantastisc and we could speak in english. Real italian food at its best.We would give it a Michelin star.Thank you voor this experience.

We celebrated a birthday there. Having been invited I have no idea of the prices. Still, it was a great lunch. More than adequate appetizers, in particular the truly excellent cheeses. First, the excellent fresh pasta, both tagliatelle, pappardelle and ravioli. The grill goes hand in hand... watch out for the sausages which turned out to be very peppery. Special mention to the service, there were quite a few of us with different tastes and decisions... yet quick, efficient and very patient!I, who suffer from the heat, didn't appreciate the beautiful fireplace lit in the corner of the room where they also roasted the meat.. with the room being emptier.. and equally the belly.. I certainly would have liked it more! But the others I was with were very happy with it..

A corner of paradise, from Ottavio!The gastronomic sin is served.Ottavio's son, kind and friendly,Like hosts who respect each other.Tasty side dishes, right for the hungry and decent for an excellent aperitif. Pappardelle with mushrooms and peas and with wild boar, second course of meat from the whim of stewed cod to beans all'uccelletto, ribs and sausages, dessert and I say dessert "strawberry mimosa" good and fresh bread, grappa and desserts all the time.. . the red wine of our friend Massimo in Anguillara (bulk wines)... a stop not to be missed.With the side of cheerfulness people.

After many years I returned to Ottavio a few kilometers from Bracciano, in the hamlet of Castel Giuliano, I found the place renovated, welcoming and masterfully run by his nephew, who recommended, to start with, an appetizer with cheeses of their own production and various cold cuts that delighted our palates.The first courses, at the height of the starter, with tagliatelle and pappardelle handmade in their kitchen, once again positively surprised us. Now full, however, we wanted to taste the meat, with ribs and (real) chicory as a side dish, so we were able to appreciate simple but high quality cuisine, especially because it was prepared with genuine products.A limoncello cream, also produced by them, excellently concluded our excellent lunch consumed in a bright, welcoming and quiet place.I will definitely be back to try all the dishes on their menu.

We spent a wonderful evening, a rustic but well-kept environment, the open fireplace/oven on which the grilled meat is made is wonderful.Typical quality and plentiful dishes, more than reasonable prices.The service is also excellent with trained and friendly staff.The use of local products and homemade pasta is much appreciated.We will definitely be back!
